Lien into life with this 12-week virtual work-out program from former MLB Fitness Coach Dong Lien. This program is tailored to individuals who are new to working out or are active less than 3 times per week. You can increase intensity as needed. You will get access to 12-weeks worth of workout videos, guided by Dong, and timed based on when you should do them. New videos are added monthly, for additional fitness fun!
